Teachers, administrators, students and parents Congratulations on finishing another great year at Webb. Best wishes to the 6th grade class as they move up to SDMS!
On a personal note, I would like to say serving on the board has been a great experience even though a good part of it was during COVID. I have enjoyed collaborating and getting to know the parents, the administration and teachers. Thank you to all parents who have been part of the Webb PTO and have dedicated their time and energy to attend the meetings, both virtually and in-person and have helped make the fundraisers and events as successful as they have been. I am looking forward to seeing what new and exciting ideas the future board and parents come up with. Please encourage other parents to get involved by attending meetings, serving on a committee, spearheading a fundraiser or serving on the board. It is not only rewarding for yourself; your child will be proud and excited about it too. When I first became co-president, my son said to me “You are on the PTO, wow that is so important!” And yes, it is an important position and believe I have made him proud.
It has been a pleasure and honor to serve the Webb PTO as Co-President. Thank you and I’ll see you in September.
