National Walk to School Day
Wednesday, October 4th
Webb students and parents are invited to join staff in front of Webb School at 8:35 on October 4th to walk the marked track together. Students arriving by bus will join in as they arrive. We’re excited to make this a whole school event!
WHY walk or bike to school???
It’s fun! It’s a healthy habit
It promotes safety It builds community
Live too far from school to walk?
Drive part of the distance, maybe to a friend’s house, then park and walk the rest of the way!
Walk to School Day is coordinated in the U.S.A. by the National Center for Safe Route to School.
